5 Ways To Wear The COACH Honey Bootie :: ONE Casualite

the only boot you'll need for the entire season

Coach was one of the first brand that I fell in love with when I started getting into fashion during my high school and college years. It started with the handbags still always adding to my Coach Classics collection but quickly spread to their clothing and shoes. That's why I'm ecstatic to be teaming up with Coach this week to introduce their Fall footwear collection and show you how I style the Coach Honey Bootie! Stayed tuned the rest of this week to see how I style the gorgeous leather bootie for five different occasions followed by a detailed review of the bootie at the end of the week!

When Coach's Fall footwear launched (see entire collection here and Fall boots here) earlier this month, I couldn't stop drooling over the boots. But this pair of washed out black ankle booties caught my heart and didn't let go. Just staring at the girly cutouts and rugged faded leather through my computer screen had me dreaming up a thousand different ways to wear these boots. If you decide to only add one pair of new boots to your closet this Fall/Winter, the Coach Honey Bootie is your winner - you'll understand why when I've proved to you how versatile these babies are (and once my quality/comfortability/design review is up!)

For this first look with the Honey Bootie, it had to be casual because I love staying comfortable and casual. Although the website lists the Honey Bootie as "black," the color in real life is more of a faded black, dark grey, and I couldn't be happier. The dark grey means the booties go with more outfits, because they're not as harsh. You can wear them with your lighter neutrals but also your sophisticated blacks!

Up top I went with a daisy print, layered tunic with a dark red chunky cardigan. I love the combination of dark grey and red and the black/white of the tunic help complement the bootie.

For accessories I thought it would be cute to layer necklaces an elephant and a random crystal rock and a few of my favorite daintier bracelets small watches are great for bracelet stacking. I finished this casual look off with the nude Coach Leather Rory Satchel and some distressed cream jeans. The lighter neutral colored purse and pants keep the outfit from feeling too dark and steer it back on the Fall path.

I love the way grey boots look for Fall and these "black" Honey Booties are definitely replacing my last year's go-to cognac booties.
