Daily Disguise x Target :: Spring Trend Florals

Floral is always a key Spring trend, and my floral must-have of the season is a floral dress with a sweetheart neckline. Belt it for an office look, tuck it into high waisted jeans for the weekend, or pull out some peplum for a night out! Whatever floral you fancy this Spring, Target's got them all!

This floral dress is my Spring closet essential; it might look like a plain dress but looks are deceiving.

Most people wouldn't think of tucking a dress into a pair of jeans. But when you've got a great vintage pair mine were purchased new for me in the late 90s but for some reason I never touched them until now of high waisted jeans, there's no reason why you can't turn your dress into a top especially when the dress has a cute sweetheart neckline! High waisted jeans tend to be looser up top which easily hides all the fabric you've secretly tucked away.

Since the pants are so high, add a neon belt for more color as well as to break up the higher waist line. A small neutral colored side bag adds the perfect vintage, weekend casual touch - enough for a phone and some cash for the farmer's or flea market!

Last step, a polka dot head band, some large gold rimmed glasses and Barbie pink lips.

:: LOOK TWO : OFFICE GIRL ::

This office look is definitely for casual Friday. I added a lighter colored striped shirt underneath the dress to cover up all the skin on the top half.

A bright pink belt gives just enough color and pulls in the waist.

A large statement necklace in a color that can already be found in the outfit will make it that much easier to sport with the already attention drawing mixed prints!

:: LOOK THREE : NIGHT OWL ::

I love trying to wear an item in as many ways as possible and this dress is no exception. It surprisingly works as a peplum top with little to no effort at all. The trick? Tuck the dress all the way into the skirt and then slowly pull the dress out all around until you have the perfect length of peplum.

Since we're mixing two pretty bold prints with the top and bottom, keep your accessories very simple. If you're planning to wear your hair in a ponytail, try a gold hair cuff around your rubber band. It's such a small, overlooked accessory that does so much for an outfit.

And if you're not a fan of peplum, just tuck the dress in all the way and add a black belt if your skirt doesn't already come with a black band!

Happy Friday and check out my other Target floral picks below! Stay tuned for my Coachella looks & giveaway on the blog tomorrow, that's right, tomorrow, as in Saturday.

It's Time for Springtime.
