chambray dress under a fair isle sweater, pearl necklace, and white coat
The slightly glam-ed up denim dress.
Obligatory dress picture so that you know I'm not cheating!
A sweater is a great layer to add to any dress, denim or not. It instantly adds another dimension to the outfit and keeps you warm without looking too bulky. If I stopped this outfit right here, it would easily be my weekend disguise for running errands or making ice cream stops. So comfy, cozy, but still cute.
Since I went with a more patterned sweater, I wanted to keep the necklace a neutral that still adds glam. If you choose to go with a less busy sweater, you could go for a more colorful statement piece to keep the look alive.
Four looks down, one to go.
