If there's one thing I love for the winter, it's interesting outerwear.
I don't know why but every office that I've worked in loves to unnecessarily run the AC in the winter. Why is that? I've never understood, seems counterintuitive to me. As a result, I find myself bundled up in my jacket for a majority of the workday. My intended disguise, so quietly hidden underneath, rarely gets revealed.
I'll admit, I tend to gravitate towards solid colored coats and jackets as they're the easiest to work with. But when your outerwear suddenly becomes your daily disguise, you can't help but to make for the dark side and trade safe solids for prints, textures, and bright colors. And no one does unique outerwear better than BB Dakota.
Two years ago I had an insatiable preference for leather jackets but I didn't want just any leather jacket - it had to be something unique, something with a hood. After relentlessly hunting for weeks on end for what I had in mind, I finally found a tangible product that seemed to have been modeled after my imagination. Indubitably say that 5x fast, the hooded leather jacket trust it's cute was produced by non-other than the popular BB Dakota.
This year I've shimmied towards a focus on patterns and colors to keep my looks interesting even in the modern day igloo. And of course, what better company to turn to than BB Dakota? Chevron, natty plaid, I'm so there, this winter and next winter.
