It's casual today on the blog - over sized soft sweaters, fluffy scarves, and flats. That's how Autumnal love making up words October should be. This Forever 21 sweater is seriously soft - soft, comfortable, and $14.50.
October's quickly coming to an end and I've just about completed what needs to be done during this oh so spooky month. Well, everything except Halloween planning I guess. Am I the only one who thinks that Halloween on a Wednesday is conveniently inconvenient? Can you wrap your mind around that?
Please let me know what your Halloween plans are so that I can live vicariously through all of you, since I will probably be watching scary movies at home on Halloween while I await the opportunity to frighten the little trick or treating boogers. Just kidding, that would require me to hide out in the bushes and not be in my living room, which reminds me...
I witnessed the most snort-inducing event yesterday near Fisherman's Wharf. Across the street from where I and a handful of people had curiously gathered, a street performer was stealthily hiding out behind a newspaper vending machine, eagerly peering over the top every few seconds to scope out the scene for unsuspecting prey that he could scare.
Two unfortunate tourists, sauntering towards their doom, became victims as they jumped and screamed in fright from the gorilla man's antics, while we onlookers applauded the trick. I've never seen such a bold street performer! I didn't think he would actually complete his little stunt, but he did. And I was secretly glad he did because I wanted to see how his targets would react; they were good sports.
