When you were young, did you ever watch "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego"? I don't recall having watched it too much (I was more of a "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" and "Boy Meets World" type of kid) but for some reason when I saw these pictures, I instantly felt that this outfit channeled Carmen Sandiego. Perhaps it's the hat, the red, and the long skirt (or perhaps it's just my imagination again). Anyhow, it was fun being Carmen Sanfrancisco for just one day.
